Dr. Dina Hussein, Founder & CEO of NewMe™, is redefining women’s health and obesity recovery across the Arab world. With over 12 years of experience in healthcare, she has built one of the region’s leading sustainable weight-loss platforms focused on long-term transformation rather than quick fixes.

Originally trained as a Pharmacist, Dr. Dina holds advanced certification in Clinical Nutrition through the American Board of Clinical Nutrition (ABCN), is a Certified Health Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is certified in Obesity Management by the World Obesity Federation. Her work centers on genetic and hereditary obesity, behavioral nutrition, hormonal balance, and mindset transformation.

Through NewMe™, she has supported more than 3,000 women across the Gulf and Arab diaspora, helping them collectively lose over 15,000 kilograms—without surgery, extreme dieting, or restrictive approaches. Her programs combine science-backed nutrition, behavioral coaching, and sustainable lifestyle strategies to rebuild women’s relationship with food and their bodies.

Driven by personal experience, Dr. Dina’s mission is to shift the narrative around obesity from blame and shame to understanding and empowerment. By championing compassionate, genetics-aware, and trauma-informed care, she represents a new generation of healthcare leaders reshaping women’s health in the Middle East.

As part of the Middle East Healthcare 100, Dr. Dina Hussein is recognized for advancing sustainable obesity recovery and building a transformative health movement across the Arab world.
