Dr Sayyada Mawji BEM, MBChB MRCGP DMCC EMBA, is a London based, award winning Family Physician and health educator dedicated to advancing health and wellbeing. With a strong focus on lifestyle and preventative medicine, women’s health, and reducing health inequalities, she is committed to improving access to care for marginalised and underserved communities.

Trained in London, Dr Sayyada holds MRCGP and an Executive MBA, and has worked across both the National Health Service and the private sector. Her experience includes serving as an Executive Health Physician at the Mayo Clinic. Her practice is grounded in culturally sensitive, evidence based care, and she is widely recognised for addressing taboo and often overlooked health topics, challenging misinformation, and empowering individuals to take ownership of their health.

A TEDx speaker and respected media contributor, Dr Sayyada collaborates with leading health and femtech organisations to promote inclusive health education. Through corporate and community health talks, as well as her platform @doctorsayyada, she delivers accessible, evidence based insights to diverse audiences and encourages open conversations around health.

Her work has supported NHS and public health campaigns and has been featured in BBC News, Women’s Health Magazine, and The Metro. In recognition of her contributions to healthcare and public health advocacy, she was awarded the King’s Honours Award BEM. She also contributes to global health initiatives aimed at addressing disparities and advancing health equity worldwide.
