Nermeen Gamal is a Mental Health Consultant, Founder of Reframe, and Executive Manager of Osama Taha Group. Bringing together strategic business leadership and deep expertise in mental health, she works at the intersection of corporate performance, neuroscience, and emotional well-being to advance mental health awareness across the Arab world.
She holds a Master of Business Administration certified by the American University in Cairo and Heriot-Watt University. Nermeen is an ICF-certified Health and Wellness Coach, a certified Neuroscience Coach through the Center of CPD Excellence and the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals, and has completed executive education in Building Personal Resilience at Harvard University. Her work as a healthcare specialist in mental health is grounded in both scientific frameworks and practical application.
Through her initiatives, Nermeen has supported more than 2,000 Gen Z individuals through stress management training and mindset development programs. Her mission centers on empowering individuals to reset their mindset, strengthen personal resilience, and build a stable and meaningful inner life so they can perform with clarity and confidence in every area of their lives.
