Chef Rabeh Amer proudly represented the United Arab Emirates as a member of the Emirates Culinary Guild and the UAE National Culinary Team at prestigious international events, including the Worldchefs Congress in Malaysia, the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg, and the IKA Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart, Germany. He has also served as a Continental Judge at culinary competitions across several countries.
Chef Rabeh is currently based between Melbourne, Australia, and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is also preparing to launch his own restaurant, Zaya Dubai, named in tribute to the city of Dubai, which played a significant role in shaping his remarkable culinary journey and professional success.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Rabeh is a highly sought-after hospitality consultant. He supports restaurants and hotels through concept development, menu engineering, operational excellence, and professional team training. His strategic insight and hands-on experience enable businesses to strengthen their identity, improve performance, and deliver memorable guest experiences.
Chef Rabeh's influence extends into the media, where he has appeared on numerous culinary and gastronomy-focused television programs, including productions broadcast on Al Dafrah TV, MBC, and other leading networks.
