With more than 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality, restaurant operations, and culinary innovation, Elie Lteif has earned recognition as one of the region's respected culinary leaders. His career reflects dedication, creativity, and a passion for mentoring future chefs while continuously elevating standards across the hospitality industry.
Elie began his culinary journey in 2001 and graduated with honors in Hospitality, Kitchen, and Pastry Arts in 2004. Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned establishments including Le Bistro de Beirut, Entrecôte de Paris, Buddha Bar, and Le Royal Hotels. His commitment to excellence allowed him to rise from Junior Sous Chef to Executive Chef before leading multiple hospitality concepts such as Le Noir, Seccar Nabet, Le Faitout Gourmet, and Pomme Du Ciel Catering.
After relocating to Dubai in 2012, Elie expanded his influence by leading culinary operations for globally recognized hospitality groups including IHG Hotels & Resorts. Accor, and Radisson Blu. Currently serving as Culinary Advisor at Nestlé Professional, he supports hospitality teams across the MENA region through mentorship, culinary training, recipe innovation, and menu development.
Elie has also consulted for more than 45 restaurants and mentored teams that achieved over 120 medals in UAE culinary competitions. In addition, he has served as a judge for leading industry events including UAE Expo Culinaire, Salon du Chocolat Dubai, Profood Armenia Chef Challenge 2025, and Hospitality Chef Challenge 2025. Recognized internationally, he is a Gold Member of the Ambassador of Taste for Global Gastronomy and the World Master Chef Society, while continuing to shape modern hospitality through leadership, innovation, and culinary excellence.
